Med noen \u00e5rganger f\u00e5r vi n\u00e5 en annen type champagne enn vi er vant til, sier champagneekspert Fredrik Schelin.\n<\/p>\n<p>I vindistriktet Champagne nord i Frankrike l\u00e5 temperaturene i juni p\u00e5 dr\u00f8yt 35 grader, noe som har f\u00f8rt til solskader p\u00e5 druene. B\u00f8ndene har derfor mistet i snitt 40 prosent av den f\u00f8rste spiringen i ving\u00e5rdene i \u00e5r.\n<\/p>\n<p>Champagne skal fremstilles med h\u00f8y syre, men n\u00e5r druene modner for raskt, mister de den.\n<\/p>\n<p>Schelin ser bekymringsfullt p\u00e5 fremtiden for champagnebransjen og understreker hvor tydelig klimaendringene p\u00e5virker virksomheten.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det er en helt ny virkelighet, og det har g\u00e5tt fort. P\u00e5 30 \u00e5r har det snudd.
