Eller st\u00e5 opp grytidlig og se kampen i opptak?<\/p>\n<h2>Ser kampene p\u00e5 bar<\/h2>\n<p>For dem som benytter seg av regjeringens rause skjenke\u00e5pning, er svaret enkelt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Norges kamper m\u00e5 jeg se ute p\u00e5 bar, sier Oliver Hjeltnes (21). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studenten satser p\u00e5 \u00e5 f\u00e5 noen timers s\u00f8vn f\u00f8r han skal p\u00e5 jobb klokka 10. Her med barna Lilly og Lukas.<\/p>\n<p><small>Fotografi: Ole Andreas B\u00f8 \/ NRK<\/small><br \/>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!-- END: \/templates\/image\/image-rich.jsp -->\n<\/div>\n<p>\u2013 Vi m\u00e5 nok ha litt sukker om bord for \u00e5 overleve natten, og kaffemaskinen st\u00e5r klar, sier han.<\/p>\n<p>Men det er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis en god ide for \u00e5 sikre god s\u00f8vn f\u00f8r morgenkaoset starter.<\/p>\n<h2>Unng\u00e5 kaffe, energidrikk og alkohol<\/h2>\n<p>Karoline Lode-Kolz er overlege og s\u00f8vnekspert ved Stavanger universitetssjukehus (SUS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Jeg har sett litt p\u00e5 klokkeslettene Norge skal spille, og dette blir jo interessant, sier hun.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selv om en s\u00f8vnforsker naturligvis ikke vil anbefale folk \u00e5 v\u00e6re oppe noen timer midt p\u00e5 natten, forst\u00e5r hun at mesterskapet er viktig.<\/p>\n<p>Hun heller likevel kaldt vann i blodet p\u00e5 dem som har planer om \u00e5 hente frem god drikke for \u00e5 holde koken mens kampene p\u00e5g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>For \u00e5 sovne trenger kroppen nemlig hormonet melatonin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2013 Tar du en kaffe eller energidrikk for \u00e5 holde deg v\u00e5ken under kampen, blokkeres kroppens tilgang til melatonin i mange timer, sier Lode-Kolz. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det betyr at du fort kan f\u00e5 problemer med \u00e5 sove igjen og dermed f\u00e5 en tung dag p\u00e5 jobben.<\/p>\n<p>Og n\u00e5r vi f\u00f8rst er i gang: Ved \u00e5 kombinere VM-titting p\u00e5 nattetid med alkohol, blir det fort en blytung dag p\u00e5 jobben.<\/p>\n<p>Alkohol vil gjerne f\u00f8re til at man slukner kjapt etter kampslutt, men da ryker fort den viktige <span class=\"note\" data-content=\"&lt;p&gt;kalles ogs\u00e5 REM-s\u00f8vn. Er en lett\u00a0s\u00f8vnfase der man dr\u00f8mmer\u00a0oftere.&lt;\/p&gt; \" data-term=\"dr\u00f8mmes\u00f8vnen\">dr\u00f8mmes\u00f8vnen<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Se VM-kampene med dempet belysning. Det fordrer at du ikke er av typen som har fryktelig tungt for \u00e5 st\u00e5 opp til vanlig.<\/p>\n<p>Dersom m\u00e5let er \u00e5 ivareta b\u00e5de s\u00f8vn og VM-kamper, tror Lode-Kolz at opptak om morgenen er det mest optimale for de fleste av oss.<\/p>\n<p>Og for A-mennesker kan fort dette v\u00e6re dr\u00f8mmel\u00f8sningen.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det vil jo v\u00e6re helt perfekt.
